Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By buying any product from Fluent in Fortune, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed and the file has been delivered. This applies to the Fluent in Fortune PDF Workbook and any other digital products we sell.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you understand you are purchasing a digital product that will be made available to you immediately upon payment, and you waive any right to a refund on this basis.
Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" — once a file is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be un-delivered. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our products and the work that goes into creating them.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us at fluentinfortuneofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure you can access what you paid for.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment caused by a technical error. In this event, contact us within 7 days with your order details and we will review the case. Unauthorised or fraudulent charges should be reported to Paddle directly.
All purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide Paddle with documentation confirming the purchase and delivery of the digital product.
